I have log a call via internet regarding power failure on Thurday 26/09/2019. Up to date no one even came to fix the electricity at the premises. Everytime i phone in I get told it has been handed over to an technician. I think this is unexcepatble, they are quick to cut electricity when you dont pay but up to **** when they have to fix
