If I could give my review 0 stars I would. I have been without electricity for 3 WEEKS!!! I call multiple times everyday and wait on hold just to be told a technician will come on that day and still no one has come out to fix the problem ( the problem being a pervious meter installed by you which has simply stopped working) This is ridiculous, you can’t be the only people allowed to install municipal meters and then not do your jobs and leave someone without electricity for almost a month. All my food has gone rotten and everyday I have to drive around and hope I can sleep by a friend, I am a student I cannot afford to waste food and petrol!
