Tswane steels clients mony

I have purchased R500.00 of electricity from FNB but the token is being rejected, my wife have purchased R100.00 from Nedbank and is also rejected after speaking to the banks they inform me that I will have to take it up with Tshwane as they get the tokens direct from Tshwane. I have logged a call no help the person on the other side have clue what I'm talking about set me thru to deferent department but the phone rings for 15 min then someone picks up the phone and puts it down immediately, this is going on now for more than a month my money is gone and tokens still doesn't work
