Tswane Municipality Electricity

<p dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 13. ********** ********** 8px;">We have a problem with our power at our house. Every time we bath we get shocked by the taps and handles and I can't use my stove and geyser at the same time.</p> <p dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 13. ********** ********** 8px;">This all started when the municipality cut the power at the pole outside by cutting the cable. They reconnected the cable again, but it even looks dangerous.</p> <p dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 13. ********** ********** 8px;">I have a 7 yr old daughter and if the power continues like this I'm just scared that something worse might happen. It has become so bad that she refuses to take a bath.</p> <p dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 13. ********** ********** 8px;">We even had an electrician at the house and he confirmed that the power supply to the house is in such a bad state that it might cause a shortage and even worse.</p> <p dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 13. ********** ********** 8px;">It is now starting to get really expensive as we use about 40 units per day with the geyser off.</p> <p dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 13. ********** ********** 8px;">We have sent emails to the Tshwane municipality customer care department and we have been to the Akasia and Rosslyn depot and still nobody cares not even to fix what they have messed up in the first place.</p> <p dir="ltr" style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 13. ********** ********** 8px;">Please assist.</p>
