Our water box was leaking water. Call logged with them and it took them 3 days to fix it. Lots of water was wasted! After "fixing" it we dont have water pressure inside or outside the house. Another call was logged on Friday 9 November 2018 and up to today 15 November 2018 nothing has been done. We cant even do dishes as there is almost no water!
