Tshwane service

<p>After 4 years serving abroad, my wife and I returned home a few weeks ago. One of the first things that struck us was the distinct improvement in municipal services in Tshwane. In general terms, we noticed for the first time in how many decades that traffic officers are deployed to do point duty at busy intersections during peak traffic hours to ease the traffic congestion. On a more personal level, I reported a water leakage in our residential area: very soon afterwards, a team appeared to rectify the problem. Well done, Tshwane! </p>
