Tshwane poor service

I have been with electricity for over 24 hours. My electricity didn't came back after loadshedding scheduled ***4, 22h00 to 24h30

I logged a call at 5h00am on ***5, ref no 132.

When I followed up at 8h00am I was informed the call was allocated to an artisan

When I followed up again at 16h30pm I was told the artisan will attend my query when he is finished with the ones that came first.

Up to now nothing has been done. I pay my account on time.My food are spoiled in the fridge.

May I kindly be provided with the service I deserve and I pay for. I buy electricity for over R2k every month.
