The city of tshwane are forcing home owners to cell their properties in residential areas to change the residential area into a ******* bussiness area.home owners are forced to either pay for a bussiness rights change of residential to bussiness on theire own cost or sell the property and move out if the area ! Residents are not informened via the correct channels. The city if tshwane are using these businesses to harras residents , its unfair and cruel and invasive of being a owner of a residential property not being allowed to be able to luce in a residential area in peace and quiet.
