Tshwane municipality sucks

On the 26/04/2023 I logged a query about my electricity being faulty, I was promised that a technician will come and assist me that day but till today I haven't received any assistance. Today on the 29/04/2023 I went to tshwane offices and I was told the same thing that a technician will come but nothing and the sad part is that the problem needs to be fix by them, I can't call a private electrician to fix it. City of Tshwane services sucks, I had to throw away everything in my fridge as these stuffs were ruined. I have to rely on the takeaways and its costly.
