Tshwane Municipality over charging clients

According to my statement the municipality owes me the amount below.

Due Date04-11-2024 The Municipality has not responded to me regarding my refund, as they kept sending me incorrect statement which is how I ended up paying over. They are not even correcting my statement even after I sent them a complaint nor did they share information regarding how the over paid amount will be offset against my future bill.

This is very unsettling as they seem to have unskilled personal who can't manage our accounts properly.
