Tshwane municipality - no water for a week!

<p>I recently bought a house from developers.My new house has not had water for the past week. I reported the problem last week on the 16th of August and today is exaxtly a week and the problem has still.not been resolved.I have called the Tshwane municipality countless times , gone there personally and the response I always get is that they have escalated the matter.The ref number that was given to me was :765814. I am utterly frustrated as I do not know what to do</p>
