Tshwane municipality is *******!

Complaints put in of ward 3,westpark About non service delivery,on regular maintanance of parks,repairing of streetlights not working for the past 5 years,road maintanance not repaired,******* power connections,******* water connections,******* businesses from residential properties harrasing neighbours ,not assisting with bylaw enforcement from Phillip Nell park metro police office!the ward councillor is just enjoying hisR 100 000 per month deal ,and the staff that are supposed yo attend to these parks and sidewalks,should be fired also for just getting paid for not doing anything.*******ion,******* street vendors,******* building changed without applications to the city of tshwane ,******* dumping ,and the ***** thats been created to of billng a customer for refuge removal where services was not delivered etc etc etc ,tshwane *******ion #
