Tshwane municipality Incompetence

Ref 303/29 I called to report a power outage 13:30 PM 29 August 2021 and now its 16:44 PM 30 August 2021. More than 24 hours later still no technician on site to resolve the power problem. And this is among a long list of complaints I have against this municipality. I have been surviving on take always and cannot prepare my daughter's milk bottle as this requires electricity. I am working from home and laptop is off so I can't work.

We thought under the DA the municipality would improve but this was clearly a pipe dream. I must say I have lost complete faith in South Africa as a project! Too broke to migrate!
