Tshwane Municipality...

Tshwane Municipality has handed my account to their lawyers despite me contacting them several times stating that I had moved out of the apartment due to eviction because the property owners were to renovate the entire apartment building so all tenants had to vacate the premises since 08 June 2018 but the account keeps accumulating.
