Tshwane municipal so useless

Tshwane municipal is dragging its feet about an ******* church making noise at Lotus Gardens Pretoria West, Erf no 608 stand no 81, Gelder-Rose Crescent (street). The church occupied municipal stand *******ly and didn't even zone the church. We even made Tshwane municipal aware of all the ******* land occupation that is happening on Gelder-Rose Crescent, Anthesis street and Gooseberry street in Lotus Gardens PtA west but they are doing nothing about it.
