Tshwane incompetence to solve clients problems

The people working at Tshwane has no pride in the work they are suppose to do, but when it comes to annual salary increases they will quickly hold out their hands to "get", or they strike.I have logged complaints from street lights that are on permanently in the day and at night they go off, to their ******* collectors that damage your bin,to water loss problems and no one even replies.Try phoning Tshwane and speak to someone about this...all i can say is GOOD LUCK. Just another Pathetic service deliverer. (BEE!)
