Tshwane district hospital pretoria

Today 31/05/2018 Worst experience ever. One I don't mind the process that one has to follow withing an institution or organisation.But I have one question The numerical methods of the hospital how does it work...one waits 3hours to be given medication after having seen the doctor at 11and only gets medication at 15h00 Waiting for long and at the door it states a maximum waiting time of 120min well that doesn't happen One gets a number waits dlfor the number to be called waits in a que once at the front the file and number gets taken away and it's again waiting time....why Thu? Then let's not get to the staff members one goes to lunch with out a reliever on the waiting area and the whole place was a mess at the reception area those people don't do anything and play with personal phones.... Tshwane district hospital was just a mess today....please resolve the number system don't give a someone a number make them wait understanding so then towards the end taken file waiting again for medications why give the number for medication if it won't work people are standing all over the place.please give the number call the number and assist the person I believe that's why the hospital introduced this method...... Kindly address this with urgency
