Tshwane De*****ing Me for their Incompetence

Tshwane is trying to de***** me of R30 000. The meter in box outside my house was ******. Took a struggle and several days, to get Tshwane to send someone to fix. Their technician came and reconnected power and left. He did not replace the meter and did not log into their system. I have sent my daughter to their offices in Lyttleton and the kept sending her up and down to their offices in Arcadia and back to Lyttleton. They are now blaming their incompetence on us and are demanding R30 000 for their gross incompetence. Does anyone have a good lawyer. I want to take them on.
