Tshwane - Customer Noservice

Dear City of Tshwane. I have made numerous attempts to get my January bill from you since the 14th of Jan 2020 , you do not reply on FB messages , email , telephonic and your online complaints system . I still do not have any idea of what my bill is for Jan 2020.I have better luck getting a response form a wall, than trying to getting any answer from your customer care, or should we say Customer No Care. Why do I have to chase and guess what my bill is . There is no customer service in Tshwane.
