Tshwane continues to “*****” from Me

It seems no matter how much I can raise with Tshwane their incorrect billing nothing happens - fir years I have been overcharged on my electricity and never been refunded - this month my Bill was over R17000 fir no reason and a month with 6 days power failure- PLEASE STOP *****ING MY MONEY - if you don’t pay - they cut off immediately, but can never rectify the billing with the same urgency. Someone PLEASE help - when does this incompetence stop - THIS IS ******** to continue this way - GIVE MY MONEY BACK AND RECIFY MY BILLING -
