TSHWANE CITY COUNCIL ABSOLUTLEY PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>It has been a few months now and our street lights have not been working. Due to this, my car was broken into two times – January and now in May ( 10/05/2016)</p> <p> Every time I try to call the council landline number ***) my call gets cut and I never get the opportunity to speak to a consultant. It’s been months now, our streets are in complete darkness. after several attempts of trying to call them, my call gets answered then cut, so you can imagine my frustration, then i email the complaints department, who by the way say 5days someone will come out and till today no one has come out to fix those **** lights. the streets are dark, our neighbourhood is already unsafe and the nerve of the council to disregard our safety. we pay taxes, we pay electricity bills for people who dont pay theirs so they increase our electricity to compensate for others, we pay water like you wouldnt believe and water use to be the cheapest..probably again we compensate for others bills and they too useless to attend to a simple request of fix the **** streetlights. the service is pathetic, but then again which government organisation offers good service. pity even this email will not be enough to get people to do their jobs!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
