TSHWANE BUS SERVICES UBNORMAL BUS FARE INCREASE

I'm not happy the way tshwane bus services is treating us as commuters, 1July 2021 bus fare increased which was not a problem cause it was expected. The problem is we are now paying way too much, more than what was communicated to us. For example before the increase I used to pay 8 points from town to work, so my bus fare increased with 2 points meaning I now need to pay 10 points , but I now noticed when I tapped in 10 points gets deducted and when I tapped out 5 more points gets deducted meaning instead of paying 10 I'm now paying 15 points and no one can explain why is this happening. As a results of this commuters are busy signing a petition . A private facebook group was created under name of Tshwane bus services /Are yeng 1 commuter. Most of the commuters using tshwane bus services were using trains but since trains are no more operating in most areas we had no choice but to use the bus. This unfair treatment it's more in employment cause I can't go to work if I don't have transport money.
