Tshwane Angel

My power was cut off on Thursday night, i paid more than i should but had no idea where to go or what number to phone as the municipality is usually useless and you never get anywhere or just get ignored or the phone gets cut off. I got help via a work contact and got through to an amazing lady who knows what customer service is all about. Brigid Sellar is an absolute angel, she followed up with me quite a few times through Friday and promised me that my power will be restored the same day. True to her word i was connected Friday evening 7.30. Brigid I cant thank you enough for your help and following up with me. This is true customer service and going out of your way. I have been working in the customer service industry for 12 years and I know what excellent service is all about. That is exactly what Brigid did. I wish everyone at the Municipality did the same it would make it the best place ever. THANK YOU BRIGID you are a true star and I hope someone reads this and recognizes you for what you have done. And I am sure there are many more people who's lifes you have made easier
