Tshwane

House Plans handed in at end of October 2020. After several attempts to get all the stamps and approval no sign or anything from Tshwane or the submissions department. This is totally unacceptable and my transfer of my house depends on it. Tshwane is useless and they have no compassion just want your money!!!!! Next step on my side is to hand this over to my attorney!
