Tshwaane electricity keypad rejecting electricity token.

Electricity keypad rejecting purchased electricity. Went to Soshanguve municipal office and reference number was issued Ref 289/30 The problem with the keypad started on the 28th of December. Calls were made since the 30/12/2019 and we have been getting the same respond that the problem has been escalated from call center agents and their supervisors. Someone with a good heard from the Municipality kindly assist please. No electricity for the whole week.
