Tree felled and removed within 2 working days

We recently had to get a tree planted on our sidewalk in Garsfontein removed after it split in two. I tried to look up a relevant contact number on the website, but it was not clear to me which department to call. I called a general number and was given about 5 relevant numbers. 3 of these were engaged. The 4th one was answered by a person who told me that he is not working in this department (I probably recorded or dialled the number incorrectly) but that he will report it on my behalf. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call the next day (a Friday), resulting in the tree felling team of about 4 persons pitching up to cut down the tree and stack the stumps and branches on our sidewalk.
