TRANSFER MABULA-THUBAKGALE. PTN 1 ERF 728 Soshangu

I need a refund from City of Tshwane for the payments i made when selling my house. I have been to COT and they said all they need is a letter from the attorneys who handled the transfer to give permission to COT to pay me back. I have communicated with Precious who told me that they will handle it but later on when i requested feedback via e-mail, i got a response from Dorothy saying - i quote: We do not do follow ups for refunds from the municipality, it is your responsibility as the client to attend to that. I will not get my refund from COT up until Nam-ford incorporated give me the requested letter and that is all i want from them and i will go to the municipality myself to deliver the letter so that i can get my refund.
