Tired of no service delivery

<p>I am really feeling hopeless at the moment. I feel that we are hostages of the service providers of this country even though we pay for service we get none. I am not even sure why i write a review on this site as it makes no difference. I bought a property in April. A request was made to register the new property in my name (rates and taxes). AFter that i have followed up a few times with no success (no reply nothing) I tried to phone but you wait so long - no one can wait an hour for a call to be answered. Especially when you have to work. I finnaly contacted then on Facebook and a reply. I was so happy. I was informed that they registered my property for rates and taxes but not in my name. I must contact them to correct this. So they make the mistake and i must try and fix it the same way I have been unsuccessfull trying to contact them with email and phone calls. I just want to pay my rates and taxes. </p>
