Time wasting recorded voice calls

I get repeated phone calls from you. When I answer, I get a recorded message telling me this is an important call but there is nobody to take "my" call (I never phoned them) and they will try later. Clearly, this is a sly way of pretending work is being done and action taken.

I have no idea where Tshwane even is!
