Thumps up City of Tshwane

I got surprised when my phone screen showed it was City of Tshwane calling. Surprised because it was after eight in the evening. Even more surprised when the official checked if the lights I reported faulty have been repaired as reported. The lights were repaired over a two day period before the call. This is a first, Tshwane!
