This is simply theft and incompetence

Unhelpful at any level -I have a rental property which has been vacant fir over six months and continuously receive average billing amounting to over 30 000 rands over the period. I get continuous letters of demand and collection agents calling communicating without fail every month. I have been liasoning with various people at the city of Tshwane fir over 6 months, logging call after call at the contact center and emailing administrative staff,with absolutely no resolution and am still be charged rediculous amounts - on y personal propert my electricity bill went up by 40% without reason, despite in this period not having electricity fir 20 days when the Wapadrand station burnt down - Tshwane confirmed that they did not read both meters in over 8 months, but decided to just issue increases and continue to charge estimated amounts. This is nothing but theft and incompetence- queues just get closed the day after I log them with no one attending - I wish we had better options for power - I have zero trust in this organization who continue to do there own thing by just simply “*****ing “ good paying citizens money -
