The sheet is running dauwn da street

I have reported an overflowing manhole for a week now and I have done so on various platforms and still the effluent is running down the street.<br> If you call them then you wait for hours on the phone for someone to take your call but nobody answers your call. <br> You report/ complain on the Tshwane FB page and they just pull up their shoulders and say I must send an email to *** which I did but the sheet is still running dauwn da striit. I called AGAIN today but bo one picks up their f-ing phones. <br> Tshwane is not the best city to live in because the city council only cares about themselves and not the residents who pay their salaries. <br> Time for a DA controlled city council who will actually GET the job done.
