The most horrible municipality

Dear South Africans. The apartheid bylaws are still with us. City of tshwane is still handling black people with the apartheid. There is no parking in city and yet we suffer impounding. It is horrible because is our black brothers and sisters who make us suffer from the law which is against us. They have conditioned them to be animals without their heads functioning to save their jobs. Now i understand why some take a tjotjo because what they are told doesn't make any sense in reality. We wanted an ATM which the parking near it was full, so we perked on the pavement and our car was impounded. Is this the old apartheid laws or face of DA. If you have suffered this, please joint the strike against the injustices of this municipality.
