The city of Tshwane municipality is trash

I live in Soshanguve , new development block vv/uu . The service delivery is very slow and bad. We can spend a week without electricity because every now and then there’s cable theft / the transformer shuts down because of poor quality of wires. If anyone is planning on buying houses in Soshanguve.. i want to stress the fact that you should not bother… worse part is that the rdp development right next to us ( no bond payment/ rent payments) always have their needs fed up to standard
