*******ions of staff being paid month after month,but no service deliveries are done,and receiving bonus,from repairing potholes, maintaining roads,where tar are loaded and selled to private contracts,persons,on a daily basis,and parks and sidewalks not maintained but the staff sell or ***** the equipment.fixing streetlights street robots ,road signs etc ,every year theres a budget,and thd budget are used but not where it supposed to go,even the mayor buying new vehicles,authorisation of overtime,but won't pay staffs back pay,spended all that could be spended in December 2025 again.*****ualent *******,hijacking , hijacked buildings themselves,no bylaw enforcement,and with the *****ualent stationary contractors that charges R90 for a small packet of paperclips,all these staff at the city if tshwane munucipality must be checked for *****, *******ing the public,with unnecessary fees
