I would like to share a good story with people about City of Tshwane Municipality. Sure you thought. Good review?

I have had numerous encounters with this municipality, but would like to congratulate them with their efforts to provide better service than the previous ANC run municipality. I am an estate agent and obviously engages with them at different levels. It doesn't matter if you chat to Customer Services, request plans at Building Office, have a discussion with a Consultant, inquire at the Rates and Taxes offices, I commend the effort that the current DA led municipality is doing to support their customers.

Sure Electricity, Rates and Costs remains high but talking to the people, they really try to be polite, accommodating and friendly. If you have to pay, at least the communication exchange with the staff are pleasant to say the least.
