Terrible supervisor and call Centre

Terrible call centre. Even the supervisor mama Moetsi-/Mogetsi togetherness with Sophy from call centre are terrible. How can it take more than 24 hrs just to get a temper code. Useless electrician. Ref 6/13. This is the 3rd incident reported, bit we are Still struggling with our meter everytime when there was loadshedding.
