TERRIBLE SERVICE- HEALTH ISSUE

Reference is : 700196 <br> <br> This drain is still not fixed. The problem is by the next door neighbour 281 Mason Avenue, the plumber said this problem was so suppose to be picked by the people the very first time they came out??? Why are they doing this.<br> My children and me are living in this situation for almost a month I have spend almost R1000.00 trying to fix this drain. And this is the email that was send from the head offices.<br> The mess is in front of my kitchen door..... we cannot even sleep in the house never mind eat??? I need to know...... why do the people of Tshwane have so many problems in helping one when needed??? <br> This email they are more bothered about how the people gonna be paid?? Meanwhile me and my kids must live in that place where the mess is all over in the yard??? <br> <br> THIS IS NOW A HEALTH ISSUE ..AND NOT A DRAIN PROBLEM AND NOBODY CARES AT ALL!!!<br>
