Terrible service from City of Tshwane

I am a dedicated rates and tax payer of the City of over R4000 pm so when I experienced a power failure at my home, I expected service. I am 4 days into a power failure and still no service. I phone the call centre every day just to be told that my complaint has been escalated and a technician will be dispatched within 8 hours. I am still waiting. My reference number is 1320-14. Can someone please help!
