Terrible service

Hi,my house was sold January 2024 and registered to another buyer, and I have closed my Municipal accout February and the attorneys have send a refund request online on the 5 February 2024 until today its not done when I call customer care.I have been given telephone numbers to call and email address from March, no one is respond,calls are not answered and I do not stay in Pretoria anymore to go to their offices,therefore I'm not happy with their services,its been seven months and nothing is done.
