Terrible service

It took Tshwane more than 48 hour after I have received a ref. no. to pair my prepaid meter pad and box outside. I used more than R200.00 air-time only to get empty promises that the technician will be here soon. Call out time was indicated 6 to 10hours.

Within a hour after reporting this to the DA councilor Meyer my power has been restored, thank you so much!!!
