Terrible Disgusting Service

City of Tshwane Bus services including Areyeng has become the most terrible service one can encounter. Today I was at the office at church square to load my connector bus card and the employees were so rude, super slow and *********** it's disgusting. This is not the first time I encounter such poor service in space of a month. I really don't understand why they are working for the public yet they cannot deliver . The employees have a tendency of giving rude unprofessional answers " the system is slow its not my problem, we are cutting the que, in 30 min time we're knocking off" etc... Do we really have go through this daily ??????? waking up early for work and then be delayed by *********** public servants .
