Suspected *******ion on billing of electricity to

My bill I ridiculous and unfair,my concern is suspicious *******ion on the ordinary Tshwane citizens for the municipality to bill clients not on their actual electricity usage or someone is not doing their job.my bill goes up with +R100 every month even when I was away most of the time during that month.i do not know what is happening but the municipality is ripping ordinary South Africans off.my bill for this month is R985 which puzzles me as we are only 3 in the flat and my tenants are not around.My bill started from R400 nw it's twice more and nothing has changed in the house.Is Tshwane ripping its clients off deliberately or is someone not doing their job.I request that this issue be looked into and I am sure I am not the only one.Please come and install my prepaid.We are not happy with the service.
