Streetlights out since February!!

This is unacceptable. We have been continuously phoning and sending emails to City of Tshwane regarding Gartsfontein Road and Selati Street streetlights which are out since February.<br> Garstfontein is an extremely busy road! All we get is reference numbers over and over again but no service or any response what so ever.<br> How long and how many times does one have to complain in order to get this problem sorted out as this is a matter of urgency?!
