Streetlight still not fixed since January 2016

I have reported a faulty streetlight on 27 January 2016, every second week I send an email, but the light is still not fixed. I also called numerous times, the call centre gave me the number of a lady called Ashnee who are responsible for given the calls through. I even got a reference number. She assured me that the calls were given through to the technicians working in the Annlin / Wonderboom Pretoria area but she will again urge the service call. It is now end of March, still the light is not fixed. I don't understand why they can't fixed the light. It is on the corner of 2 streets which have caused accidents already as it is so dark there and the cars don't see each other. Why isn't there any proud in your jobs anymore in fixing problems?
