Street lights

About 10 street lights in Koekoek Road not working. It extend into Ooievaar street and into Bosloerie street. A problem with transformers or relays cause every time they fix it, it last for about two weeks and the same problem surface, no lights. Surely by now they should have noticed that is a recurring problem. Reporting does not help. Its a security risk for the whole street.
