Still waiting for a deposit refund.

Good day

Last year i booked the Eersterust swimming pool hall for a function and a R1500 deposit was required which i paid the guy at the Eersterust Tshwane offices requested me to bring a certified copy of my ID document and a proof off account in order for the deposit to be refunded which i have done in the beginning of October and i will receive my money withing 6 - 10 weeks up until today i am still waiting. I have done numerous follow-ups and the guy keeps on saying he will follow it up but nothing happens.

what type of service is this ?
