STILL BEING CHARGES RATES AND TAXES

I sold my property in June and every month I still receive a bill of R450 odd rand. This is accumulating and I have sent numerous e-mails and no one gets back to me. I have called tol but never get through. PLEASE CLEAR THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT AND REMOVE MY NAME FROM THE SYSTEM!!!
