Service Provision

<p> I called the city as I was expereincing difficulty in recharging my electricity. The call was made on Tuesday morning. I was told the technicians will be sent to my place, and I requested that I be called when they go so I can meet them there. Haven't heard anything from them, even today my problem has not been resolved and am not at ease as I might not have electricity over the weekend. </p> <p> </p>
