Service delivery failure via app and via email

Tried emailing, tried the App, still no response, site says 7day turn around time on street light repairs, yet I have been trying without success. Street light J51 Corners of Smook Avenue and Sophia Avenue Roseville Pretoria 0084

Light has not worked in over 3 years, has been reported several times and I simply just gave up.

Lamp was replaced at the time (3 years ago), however the technician reported that it was the ignitor choke failure and that no spares were available.

Main power Pole was hit by a drunk driver on 20/08/2026 at 23:30. Main power Pole is damaged and the entire street light and it's securing light pole landed on the ground below. Drunk driver fled the scene
